JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-01-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State, Sri Jharkhandi Upadhyay and the learned senior counsel for the informant, Sri Yogesh Chandra Verma.

2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75977 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the bail application of the petitioner was rejected earlier but similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail.

5. Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior counsel appearing for the informant submits that in the trial all the witnesses have been examined and the argument is going on.

6. In view of the fact that the trial is on the verge of completion as well as in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X vs. State of Rajasthan, 2024 SCC OnLine SC 3539, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed.
