The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 474 of 2021 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that it is a matter of suicide. After suicide of the deceased, the information was conveyed to the family members of the deceased and then her brother namely Rishu Kumar @ Ajay Kumar came to their
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45717 of 2022(5) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 house and came to know that his sister has committed suicide. Thereafter, on his written information just after one day of suicide, a Gopalpur (U.D.) Case No. 04 of 2021 was registered. He also submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 474 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
