No.1809 of 2013 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to restore M.J.C. No.3856 of 2011, which stood dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 03.10.2012. It appears that M.J.C. No.3856 of 2011 was filed on behalf of Sadhu Sharan Yadav, the husband of the petitioner, for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.3810 of 2009, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 15.07.2011.

Patna High Court MJC No.1809 of 2013 (5) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 was dismissed for want of prosecution on 15.07.2011 and M.J.C. No.3856 of 2011 filed on his behalf for restoration of C.W..J.C. No.3810 of 2009 was dismissed for non compliance of the order dated 03.10.2012. As such, I find no reason to allow this M.J.C. No.1809 of 2013 filed on behalf the present petitioner to restore M.J.C. No.3856 of 2011. Accordingly, this M.J.C. No.1809 of 2013 is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh writ application under Civil Writ Jurisdiction in accordance with law.
