Case No. 18 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 20, 22, 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsels appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal history.
