JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 366A and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner with the help of his family members kidnapped the daughter of the informant with intent to marry her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in 164 Cr. P. C. statement, the victim has stated that because of some family reasons she had gone to the house of her relative, whereas in 161 Cr. P. C. statement she has stated that she had been in love with the petitioner and she voluntarily went to Rajasthan along with the petitioner and when she came to know that her mother has lodged a case against the petitioner she came to Darbhanga. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 11.7.2021. Considering the aforesaid statements of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as
