JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder of the daughter of the informant is against unknown. The petitioner was roped during investigation on suspicion that he and others were seen near the place from where the dead body was dug out. Considering the fact that there is no substantial evidence against the petitioner nor any motive is alleged against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a
