Misc. No. 36637 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner tried her best to accommodate with the opposite party no. 2 and his family, but due to negative attitude of them, she failed to do the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any cogent reason to cancel the bail of the opposite party no. 2.
