2. This is an old matter of the year 2016 but still the petitioner is not showing any interest to press the writ application. Even on the previous date i.e. on 09.07.2025, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ application and it was adjourned by way of last opportunity making it clear that if on the next date also no one would appear for the petitioner, then the Court may consider dismissing the present writ application for nonprosecution.
