2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to distribute the compensation (Award) among Co-sharers of acquired landed

Patna High Court CWJC No.10489 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/3 properly in accordance with their share situated in Mauza Gangouli Khata no. 526/ 571 and 581/631 of different Survey/ Chak Kheshra for the Purpose of Railway department of D.F.C.C. I. L (Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited) and petitioner lady is also one of the co-sharer.

(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to distribute the share of the petitioner till the decision of Title Suit No. 1010 of 2021 filed by the petitioner pending in the Court of Civil Judge (S.D)-1 Rohtas at Sasaram.

(iii) to grant any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the widow petitioner is heard by the respondent no.3, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Rohtas at Sasarm in next four weeks who shall be after noticing/hearing the parties taking the matter to its logical conclusion in accordance with law, at an earliest preferably within a period of four months.
