JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case Scorpio vehicle, country made pistol, live cartridges, mobile etc. were recovered. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.02.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.02.2019, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
