2. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the S.H.O., of Mahila Police Station, Lakhisarai and the I.O. of the case have appeared before this Court. They have submitted that the pen drive and photographs have already been submitted in the concerned Court below and it is the Court which will hand over the same to the petitioner.

3. The SDJM, Lakhisarai is directed to complete the process of handing over the police papers including the photographs and the pen drive to the petitioner on the next date of hearing fixed in the case. In case, there is some difficulty, the same should be mentioned in the order-sheet.
