ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since20.6.2014 in Jalley P.S. Case No.56 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that the decomposed dead body of the victim girl was found from outskirt of the village. It is further submitted that she had actually disappeared along with her daughter and that she is still missing.
However, after perusal of the record as well as the case diary, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
