2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tilauthu P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 354, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. Allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused persons is to have assaulted the informant by means of Danda (stick) which caused injury on his head and leg.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. She submits that there is case and counter case attributed between the parties. She further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is false and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46660 of 2025(2) dt.31-07-2025 2/3 concocted. She next submits that the injuries are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2025.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

From perusal of the FIR and impugned order of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Rohtas at Sasaram dated 06.06.2025,it appears that on the basis of written report of the informant Bhulu Yadav, FIR has been registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 354, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 354, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S against two accused persons including the present petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused persons is to have assaulted the informant by means of Danda (stick) which caused injury on his head and leg. From perusal of the impugned order, it also appears that the injuries are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance and no repeated blow has been attributed against the petitioner, so considering all these aspects of the matter and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46660 of 2025(2) dt.31-07-2025 3/3 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Tilauthu P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025.
