Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 506 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, 20 named including the petitioner and 100 unknown persons abused, assaulted and pelted stones over the Police party. It is further alleged that they also blocked the road and created disturbance in police work. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner.
