The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Patahi P.S. Case No. 01/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B, 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of P.O.C.S.O. Act.

The informant alleged that while his daughter had gone to field to collect fodder for animals, Dhanai Singh made attempt to outrage her modesty and also pulled her clothes. The informant further alleged that when he went to complain, the family members of Dhanai Singh assaulted the informant and his family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16311 of 2017 (3) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 petitioners are mother and sister of Dhanai Singh. They have falsely been implicated in the case. The petitioners are not alleged to have done any act against the daughter of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are ladies, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge Istcum-Special Judge P.O.C.S.O. Act, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 01/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
