The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 22.02.2022, whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 620 of 2020, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to lack of information, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the prescribed time. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47636 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. The order dated 22.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32427 of 2021 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
