23-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 12 as well as Sri S.S.Sundaram, learned counsel for Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board.

The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of disobedience to an order dated 13-07-2011 passed in M.J.C. No.

Patna High Court MJC No.4147 of 2013 (6) dt.23-01-2015 2/2 5146 of 2010.

In this case, earlier records were summoned. It appears that after order dated 13-07-2011 passed in M.J.C. No. 5146 of 2010, on a complaint of disobedience, the petitioner filed second contempt petition, vide M.J.C. No. 5584 of 2011, however; on 11-04-2012, on the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner that order has already been complied with, the said contempt petition stood disposed of. Even thereafter, the present contempt petition was filed.

In view of the fact that earlier contempt petition has already been disposed of, no order is required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
