Petitioner seeks bail in Dinara (Bikramganj) P.S.Case No.11 of 2014 under Section 304B, 498A and other Section of the IPC.
The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was married with the petitioner in the year 2010 but due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, his daughter was killed and her dead body was thrown of in the river. It is submitted that since the deceased died due to snake bite, her dead body was flown in the river. The witnesses have stated that the deceased died due to snake bite. The petitioner is the husband and his wife died within four years of her marriage and her dead body was flown in the river without informing the parents of the deceased.
Considering the facts and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41076 of 2014 (4) dt.17-04-2015 conclude the same within a period of nine months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the period stipulated, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
