JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2017 In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioners. "(i) To direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Physical teacher as the name of the petitioners has been figured in the First, Second and Third List, issued from Staff Selection Commission, Bihar, Patna for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher against the total vacant sanctioned post of 34,540 as the persons who have obtained training after the petitioners have already been appointed.

It has been submitted that the petitioners have relied upon the order dated 06.04.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6668 of 2012. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the authorities of the Government to consider the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioners and take appropriate action in the matter, in accordance with law.
