The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 354(A), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault, outrage the modesty, abusing and criminal intimidation to the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46884 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura Police Station Case No. 558 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
