JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 131 of 2019, arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 603 of 2019, registered under Sections 8(c), 21(b) and 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that while the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused on 02.03.2020 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 10200 of 2020, but with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after eight months. Further submission is that after passing of aforesaid order dated 02.03.2020, by which the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, more than

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and also keeping in view the observation given to the petitioner vide order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 10200 of 2020, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 131 of 2019, arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 603 of 2019.
