In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, four accused persons have surrounded the Informant and co-accused Sonu @ Aftab Ansari fired by Katta on the Informant causing injury on the thigh. The allegation against the present petitioner is of hurling abuses.
