2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 304 of 2020 for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420/34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 08.10.2020 by the informant, Gauri Shankar Prasad Gupta.
3. The allegation against the petitioner amongst the others is of deceiving the informant of Rs. 28,50,000/- inasmuch as after taking the amount and despite assurance, the land was sold to another person which came to notice only after visiting the registry office. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. This is the second attempt of the petitioner. The earlier anticipatory bail having been rejected on 09.01.2023 and even after passage of three years, she is evading arrest. In between, the matter travelled to Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP (Cr.) No. 5468 of 2023 and came to be dismissed on 30.05.2023.
5. As the matter has already travelled before the Hon'ble Apex Court and relief denied, the petitioner is well advised to surrender and seek bail.
