JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 495(C)/2015, disclosing offences under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the complainant has submitted that the petitioner does not have apprehension of arrest, since it is not a police case. He further submits that the complainant shall have no objection, if the petitioner is allowed regular bail by the court below.

No.44087 of 2017 (3) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 In view of the submission made on behalf of the complainant, this application is disposed of and the petitioner is directed to appear before the court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail. If he does so, the learned Court below shall dispose of the petitioner's application for bail on the same day, in the light of the stand taken on behalf of the complainant, as noted above.

This application stands disposed of.
