In the present writ application, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 07.07.2012, contained in Memo No. 999 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur, in Appeal Case No. 65/10.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17403 of 2012 (3) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 The Hon'ble High Court vide its order dated 09.07.2013 had directed the Panchayat Secretary to file a counter affidavit and to produce all the relevant records relating to selection of teacher in the second phase of appointment of Panchayat teacher in Shahkund Block.

The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of order which shall be disposed of within the statutory period. The State Appellate Authority, if so required, may call for the relevant records relating to selection of teacher in the second phase of appointment of Panchayat teacher in Shahkund Block. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
