In the present writ application, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 07.07.2012, contained in Memo No. 999 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhagalpur, in Appeal Case No. 65/10.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17683 of 2012 (3) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority for redressal of her grievance within a period of thirty days from the date of order which shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
