JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 The petitioners have challenged the order dated 03.06.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in Complaint Case No. 1335 of 2013 whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners is not in a position to inform this Court about the stage of the case.

On going through the materials brought on record, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13559 of 2015(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 order of cognizance which was passed in the year 2014. If the case is still pending consideration/ adjudication, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail of the remedies which are available to them under the law.

The petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
