JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have stolen the motorcycle of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail application submitting that petitioner has got 2 criminal antecedents of similar nature.
