The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 499 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that one Manish Kumar got loan of Rs. 5,21, 185/- in the name petitioner Subodh Kumar. He submits that petitioner is innocent. He further submits that the amount procured as loan was returned by Manish Kumar. Petitioner has not applied for loand and he has no loan account and he submits that he has not kept any amount of loan.

No.49299 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 499 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Learned Court below will verify before granting bail to the petitioner that noting is still in the account of the petitioner by producing the certificate of the concerned Bank.
