Admittedly, the informant came at the place of occurrence, when the occurrence had already been taken place. Furthermore, I find that the statement of victims has not been recorded by the I.O. rather it is stated that both the victims sent two separate petitions, which have been incorporated at paragraphs-23 & 24 of the case diary.
Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37580 of 2014 (3) dt.29-01-2015 bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 243 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.
