The application with respect to petitioner nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 has become infructuous.

The application with respect to petitioner nos. 1,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1270 of 2021(2) dt.02-07-2021 2/2 2, 4, 5 and 6 is dismissed as having become infructuous. In that view of the matter, since most of the petitioners have either been taken into custody or have surrendered to the process of law except petitioner no. 3, it would also be advisable that petitioner no. 3 surrenders before the court below and seeks bail.

Should he do so, his application shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition on his behalf has not been entertained.
