3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 registered under section 341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is absconder in a case of burning of a woman. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2023

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer
