2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, Direction/directions directing and commanding the respondents to quash the Memo No-611-2 dated 08.09.2014 passed by the Circle Officer, Alam Nagar, the Respondent No- 3, by which the said Respondent No-3 have illegally & forcefully captured the agricultural land of the petitioner having absolute right, title, interest and peaceful possession for more than fifty years and paying revenue to the state up to current years

Patna High Court CWJC No.4333 of 2015(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 falling under Mauza-Etahari, Khata no-365, khesera No-887, Area-0.79 Decimal, Situated under the jurisdiction of Anchal- Alamnagar in the District of Madhepura and have Distributed among the Mahadalit and have allotted for construction of community hall cum work shed by rejecting the objection petition filed by the petitioner in view of the notice contained in Memo No-586-2 dated 02.09.2014.passed by the Respondent No-3 who have threatened the petitioner for legal action if the petitioner will protest and objects the construction of community hall cum work shed. The Petitioner further prays to grant interim stay in execution of any construction work of the state or distribution of the land in question among the Mahadalits till disposal of this writ application."

3. Since there is no appearance, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
