====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 325, 448, 380, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case. Allegation of murderous assault is due to non-fulfillment of demand of ransom. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.05.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. The injury report reveals that the Doctor has found simple injury. Some other co-accused, having similar allegation, have been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 05.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6498 of 2019 and order dated 08.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14345 of 2019.

No.44003 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Majhaulia Police Station Case No. 484 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
