2. In view of the pleadings on record, it appears that the petitioner has been paid the admitted dues and statement to this effect has been made in the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 5, copy of which was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 05.07.2018. There is no rejoinder to the same.

3. Though a statement has been made with regard to the District Provident Fund Officer being requested to issue authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.7268 of 2016 dt.11-07-2018 2/2 slip for final payment of G.P.F., but further statement has also been made that the same has not yet been issued by the District Provident Fund Officer, Nalanda.

4. Be that as it may, if the same has not been done, the authorities shall ensure that the same is issued within two weeks from today. If the same is not done, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for initiation of appropriate proceeding against the respondent no. 5. However, if it transpires that it is the District Provident Fund Officer, Nalanda, who is responsible for not issuing authority despite the respondent no. 6 having written to him for the same, he shall make himself liable for action. Learned counsel for the State shall communicate the order to the concerned authority including the District Provident Fund Officer, Nalanda.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
