1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Sakendra Yadav @ Sakindra Yadav, Sunil Yadav and Nilam Devi had filed Cr. Misc. 26764 of 2025 seeking anticipatory bail. Cr. Misc. No.26764 of 2025 was taken up on 15.05.2025 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn on the ground that during pendency of Cr. Misc. No.26764 of 2025, the petitioners were arrested.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant modification application has been filed seeking

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47817 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 modification of the order dated 15.05.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.26764 of 2025 on the ground that inadvertently, it was submitted that all the petitioners were arrested when only Sakendra Yadav @ Sakindra Yadav and Sunil Yadav were arrested where as Nilam Devi was not arrested.

4. The Court is not inclined to allow the modification application, but then, gives liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.3, Nilam Devi, wife of Sunil Yadav.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the modification application is dismissed.
