Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-a, a) 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2014 and thus he has remained in jail for about nine months.

Considering the facts that petitioner has remained in jail for nine months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38258 of 2014 (3) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Anand Kumar Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Arra in Imadpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2014.
