JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she stated that she was taken away by the petitioner and he forced her to marry with his brother in law and when petitioner got information about the institution of the present case, he dropped the victim at Sahdei Station. Admittedly, the victim has not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri
