JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 28-04-2015 Learned counsel for the State submits that in pursuance of the direction of this Court dated 20.09.2012, passed in CWJC No. 19558 of 2010, the son of the petitioner, namely, Rakesh Kumar has been appointed on compassionate ground as a Home Guard and has also been sent for training. In view of the show-cause filed by the State, there is no need to proceed in the matter. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
