2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354D, 509B, 120B, 323, 324, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66C, 66D, 66E, 67A of the Information Technology Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have abused and posted obscene photographs and messages on social media, thereby, tried to defame and dishonour daughter of informant.
