The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 256 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.04.2019. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in sale and purchase of stolen motorcycle.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
