The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure would reveal that she has not alleged her kidnapping by anyone.
Hence, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
