The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/32(2)/38(1)/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a four wheeler liquor was recovered and petitioner who was driver of the vehicle was apprehended on the spot. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43713 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No.89 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.
