2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 168 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other named accused persons are accused of cheating Rs. 46 lakhs from the members of self help group.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.3.2025.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has committed cheating of such a huge amount, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
