2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the M.J.C. No.871 of 2012 and other analogous cases filed against the order dated 28.06.2011 passed in L.P.A. No.831 of 2009 and batch of other appeals has been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.10.2014 and prays that this application may also be dismissed in terms thereof.
