The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that there was an agreement between the informant and one Sushil Kumar and the truck, in question was under the control of aforesaid Sushil Kumar, who appointed the petitioners as driver and Khalasi. It is further contended on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and they are languishing in jail custody since 17-07-2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37627 of 2014 (3) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S.
