Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56490 of 2021(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/3 Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

There is recovery of 25 litres of country made liquor from the field of Pramod Yadav.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners were not apprehend from the spot nor anything has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The names of the petitioners sprang up only on suspicion. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge(Excise Act), Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case
