Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted in the trial by the learned court below itself, and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in connection with Gogri P.S.Case No.303 of 2021, POCSO Case No.32 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Khagaria.
