The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Tajpur P. S. Case No. 427 of 2018, dated 05.12.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 120-B, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 379, 386, 387, 427, 436, 458 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908.
The accusation in the F.I.R. is that the accused persons hurled bomb and damaged the office from where

Apart from this, It has been alleged that the property kept in the aforesaid office was looted away. Many persons have been named in the F.I.R.
but the petitioner has not been named.
He was implicated in this case during the course of investigation when it was found that one of the coaccused persons of this case, namely, Prakash Singh @ Karu Singh had a telephonic talk with him.
The aforesaid Prakash Singh @ Karu Singh has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.
Apart from this, it has been submitted that there is no other material to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence.
The petitioner earlier was made accused in three cases. But all those cases are different in nature and genre from the present/subject F.I.R. In all such cases, the petitioner is on bail.

No.3624 of 2021(3) dt.16-09-2021 3/3 Considering the afore-stated aspects of the matter, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Tajpur P. S. Case No. 427 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. The application stands allowed.
