2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.Case No. 379 of 2023.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons brutally assaulted the son of the informant, leading to his death.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that co-accused persons, similarly situated, have been granted anticipatory bail/regular bail by this Court in Cr. Misc.No. 68898 of 2024
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46164 of 2025(3) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 and Cr.Misc.No.51845 of 2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.Case No. 379 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
